 Age:  approx. 2 years

Sweet, adorable & playful Frankie is approx. 2 years, Maltese mix. Frankie is friendly with other friend dogs but can be a little bossy with some.  He can also be bossy with his human friends and for that reason a home with no children, an experienced handler (knows & understands behavior modification) and preferably a canine companion would be most ideal for this little fella.  

 REQUIREMENTS & PROCEDURES

 Mutt Match L.A. does not adopt out of state nor do we adopt on a first come first serve basis but rather to the home that is best suited for each particular dog and breed.  All breed.  An application, home check, contract and adoption fee are required for all adoptions.  All dogs will be, or required to be, spayed/neutered, current on vaccinations and microchipped before adoption.

 Adoption fees are $350 for puppies 8 weeks – 3 years, $300 4 – 7 years and $250 for dogs over 7 years.  Adoption fee covers spay/neuter, vaccinations, microchip a wellness check, any additional medical expenses necessary and of course the all the love and daily care we take with each dog before they are adopted.

We believe a well behaved dog is a happy dog and companion.  Therefore, we require at least one session with one of our recommended behaviorists for a reduced fee paid directly to the behaviorist which is not included in the adoption fee.

Sweet adorable playful Frankie is approx. 1 - 1.5 years, Maltese mix.  His pictures here do not do him justice, he's so much cuter in person! Frankie is a bit shy and timid of strangers and has some separation anxiety as well as some guarding issues.  A home with small children would not be ideal.  A quite, low energy home with an experienced handler and preferably a canine companion would be most ideal for this little fella.
